Harvest Fare Return Policy

Groceries

Items must be returned within seven (7) days of purchase.

Seafood

Items must be returned within twenty-four (24) hours of purchase.

Meats, Deli & Poultry

Items must be returned within three (3) days of purchase.

Produce

Items must be returned within three (3) days of purchase.

Dairy & Frozen Foods

Items must be returned within seven (7) days of purchase.

Bakery & Bread Products

Items must be returned within three (3) days of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable:

• Baby products - Baby food, formula & any other baby products
• Cigarettes - Cigarettes and any other tobacco products
• Medications - All medications of any type or brand
• Reduced Bakery - All reduced bakery items of any type
• Reduced Produce - All reduced produce items of any type

Without proof-of-purchase (receipt), a store credit will be issued in lieu of a cash refund.

All returned items must be in original packaging.

Any returns on Independence Card transactions will be placed back on the Independence Card holder's account.

"Specials" Disclaimer

Quantities for rainchecks will be limited to three (3) unless otherwise specified. Quantities for sale items limited to six (6) of the same product. Harvest Fare is not responsible for typographical errors. Rainchecks may be issued for out-of-stock items, at our discretion. All rainchecks must be redeemed within the specified two (2) week period. If the item is still unavailable by the expiration of the raincheck(s), only then will the raincheck be updated.
